The past month has been a bit insane. Hence why there isn’t more posts on this for a while. But I’m hoping to turn this around and get back in the swing! To start that a little, I’m going to be a little selfish and talk being proud of yourself. I realize the post before this was the same thing, but sometimes, you just need to be proud of yourself. This month, I’m pretty proud of myself for completing all the races I’ve signed up for this year!

Thursday and Thrilled: Back in the Habit!
I’m slowly getting back in the habit of blogging on a regular basis. I find at the beginning of the week, I have a harder time getting motivation, but once Wednesday and Thursday hit, I usually do a lot better.
Here are some things I’m thrilled about this week!
Learning to Like Exercise` Gamer Dash 2015
Today was my final lap for the 5ks hosted by Geek’d Out Events and I was not prepared. This past week has been a sort of last hurrah for me at work before our health challenge starts next week. With all the craziness that happened with SLCC last week, I had been indulging a little this week. By indulging a little…I mean A LOT! When I woke up this morning I knew I wouldn’t be in tip top shape. I also knew that I was going to finish anyway.
Learning to Like Exercise ` Time Lord Run 2015
My third run of the year was today’s Time Lord Run hosted by Geek’d Out Events and benefiting American Childhood Cancer Association. It’s my third 5k this year.
Learning to Like Exercise ` PotterRun 2015
The Potter Run, benefiting The Children’s Justice Center, was my second 5k of this year and I was so excited. This is actually the third time this run has been a thing, and my second year participating.
Thursday and Thrilled: Save The Cheerleader, Run a 5k.
Well I’ve been sick most of this week and thus I haven’t really had much to be excited about since after I get home from work I have just been going straight to sleep. BUT, there are a few things that I have gotten super excited about in my slightly drugged up state. Check out this week’s Thursday and Thrilled!
Learning to Like Exercise` May the 4th be with You 5k
A few months ago, I posted about one of the ways that I have been trying to stay motivated to stay healthy is to participate in Nerd Themed 5ks. This weekend was the first one of the year and I was STOKED!!
Learning to Like Exercise: Nerd Themed 5ks
I am not a runner. In high school I actually got kicked out of my gym class because I couldn’t do the running portion of the class.
I dislike running.
